No. Utopi offers a Free Plan that lets specialists publish and receive clients without upfront costs.

We also offer Pro Plans with additional benefits, such as increased visibility, more service listings, and premium features. 

We want to be transparent about why fees exist on Utopi:

• Payment processing: Every time a client pays, part of that amount goes directly to banks and card networks. Depending on the card type and country, this can cost up to 8% of the transaction.
• Platform operations: Running Utopi requires servers, security, and support. A portion of the commission helps cover those costs.
• Marketing & growth: To bring specialists more clients, we invest in advertising and promotions. The commission helps fund these efforts.
• Spam control: We also charge for extra listings. This prevents spam and ensures that the services shown to clients are genuine and high quality.

In short, most of the fee goes straight to payment providers, and the rest allows us to keep Utopi running and growing while protecting the quality of the marketplace. 

Yes. To receive your earnings from Utopi, you’ll need to have a Payoneer account. Payoneer allows us to process payments securely, globally, and at lower costs than traditional banks. By using Payoneer, you can:

• Withdraw your funds in multiple currencies.
• Access faster and more reliable payouts.
• Avoid excessive international bank transfer fees.

Setting up a Payoneer account is free, and once connected, your earnings from Utopi will flow directly into your wallet for you to withdraw whenever you choose. 

Utopi applies a 15% fixed commission on every transaction, plus a $4 flat fee per withdrawal.

• Example (Commission):
• If your service is priced at $40, Utopi keeps $6, and you earn $34.
• If your service is priced at $100, Utopi keeps $15, and you earn $85.

• Example (Withdrawal Fee):
• If you withdraw $100, you’ll receive $96 after the $4 fee.
• If you withdraw $500, you’ll receive $496.

There are no hidden charges from Utopi — just the 15% commission on sales and the $4 flat withdrawal fee. 

Yes. All services on Utopi must be priced at $30 or above.

This ensures fair compensation for specialists and keeps the marketplace quality high. 

Specialists get paid through Payoneer. Once you have funds available in your Utopi balance, you can withdraw them to your Payoneer account.

Each withdrawal has a $4 flat fee charged by Payoneer (already explained in Question 2). 

You can request a withdrawal anytime, as long as your balance meets the minimum withdrawal requirement (usually set by Payoneer). 

Yes. You have full control over pricing, as long as it’s $30 or above. You can also create different service packages (basic, standard, premium) to offer flexibility to your clients.
